We recently decided to demo our built-in pool (18'x40'). This was no simple demo as our pool sits high up on a retaining wall making it difficult to access. This project required someone with the skills necessary to finish the job up to our high expectations. We called Grade Solutions and came to our home to review and give us an estimate.After a couple other bids, we gave John, the job because of the materials for fill that he was using, it was clear he was not taking any short cuts that would cause us issues later. John removed everything from the old pool and the concrete that surrounded the pool and disposed of all the material. The county approved his work and John started to fill the pool. Our pool was filled with the correct fill that instantly compacted and topped with a foot of good topsoil. John then took the existing retaining wall blocks and reconstructed the new entrance to the area where our pool once sat. John installed fencing to protect our neighbor's property and when finished regraded our yard to repair the ground that was disrupted by his equipment and seeded. Everything was restored and we love our new yard space. John is courteous, polite, and a very hard worker. But most importantly, he knew exactly what he was doing to pull off this project. We were totally impressed with his skills, and we would highly recommend John for any projects you have on your property. In the end we we 100% happy and would not hesitate in hi Grade Solutions LLC again.
